No refunds will be given unless it was due to a legitimate double payment made on our site. I am Natalie Evans, Tarot Reader. This is made very clear on my site before and after booking, so if you accidentally make an appointment with me instead of whichever world famous psychic you may have thought you were booking with for some reason, refunds are not given in these situations. My time being blocked off on my calendar is time I could have spent with someone else regardless.
The services provided through my "Soul Coaching" and "Spiritual Counseling" sessions are not to be confused with therapy or mental health treatment provided by licensed mental health professionals.
Important distinctions:
Coaching and Spiritual Counseling: I assist clients in exploring their spiritual path, overcoming limiting beliefs, reframing thoughts, and planning for a meaningful future. These sessions are focused on rapid personal growth, self-discovery, and spiritual development, but we make no warranties because the level of success you experience is directly related into how much effort you put into healing, reframing, and contributing along the way, a coach can not do the work for you, they encourage you, guide you, and lead you through a step by step proven to be effective roadmap to success. And help you find where you limiting beliefs are and were their origins lie. This still requires a lot of dedication on your part though, including many worksheets, Journaling entries, committing to your daily spiritual balance routine, which could include things like dedicating time to meditate or do breathwork (you will be trained and provided a guided breathwork journey to use) once a day, connecting to your higher self for intuitive messages, a yoga routine, working out of my shadow work guide book, self reiki (if you are assigned this task you will be certified to level 1 in white light reiki in the beginning of the program) etc.
Licensed Therapy: Licensed therapists are trained and qualified to diagnose and treat mental health conditions such as PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, and other mental health diagnoses. They can prescribe medications and provide clinical interventions that only presently licensed therapists and psychiatrists can provide.
My services do not include diagnosis, treatment, or management of mental health conditions. If you are experiencing mental health issues or symptoms, I encourage you to seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional. Once you have obtained a therapist to treat your mental health condition, you can ask your therapist directly when they feel the time is right for you to start coaching with Mystic Wisdom, if ever at all. If you were referred by me, or any future quizzes on my website, to a therapist to treat a potential mental health condition, I will require a signed note from your provider before we can begin working together to "clear" you for coaching.
I am certified in CBT that I use in a coaching and spiritual counseling context. CBT in this situation does not stand for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but instead stands for Cognitive Behavioral Technique. This is what CBT is called when preformed by a coach, and there are some differences between the two. One of which is, that only a licensed therapist can use Cognitive Behavioral "Therapy", but the Cognitive Behavioral "Technique" that some coaches and spiritual counselors use is more about doing techniques that are based off of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles and techniques.
